In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & data, then tap “Delete all my photos” or “Delete account”. You can also email us and we will remove your data.
How does the skin score work?
Your score and the notes are AI-generated visible observations that help you track changes over time. They are not a medical diagnosis. For any skin condition, please consult a qualified dermatologist.
How do I switch language?
Use the language buttons at the top of this page, or in the app go to Profile → Settings → Language. English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese are supported.
